Serial and Film Actress Charutha Baiju married Basil Chandy on 15th May 2017 at St Stephen's Bes-Ania Church, Chelad. Close relatives and friends attended the traditional christian wedding followed by grand wedding reception.

Charutha is known to Malayali audience as Anjali in Chandana Mazha serial on Asainet. The pre wedding teaser of Charutha and Basil is goings round this time. They got engaged on 26th February 2017.

Charutha Baiju also referred as Cahrutha Bhaiju  hails from Thripoonithura in Ernakulam, Kerala. She is the daughter of Baiju and Sreelatha. Charutha'a fiancee Basil Chandy Vavachan is from Kothamangalam.

Charutha  came to lime light as the anchor of Kairali TV's Tharolsavam Show.She made her debut in Malayalam Television through the serial 'Achante Makkal' on Surya TV. She got a break through Mazhavil Manorama Serial , Pattu Sari.

Charutha became very popular through her character Anjali in the Asianet Malayalam Serial Chandana Mazha, as character Anjali , Oormila Devi's daughter. She is no longer part of the project, but still audience remember as Anjali.

Vezhambal - Malayalam Serial on Asianet from May 15th, 2017

Vezhambal Serial: Namkaran hindi serial-Malayalam  dubbed version on Asianet : Vezhambal is a new Malayalam Serial on Asianet television Channel from May 15th, 2017. The episodes will be telecasted every Monday to Friday at 6:00 PM.

Vezhambal is the dubbed versions of hindi serial Naamkarann aired on Hindi Channel Star Plus which has completed nearly 200 episodes since its premier on 12 September 2016.  Vezhambal  will take the time slot of Seethayanam on Asianet.Neermathalam is another new serial recently launched on Asianet serial with Rebecca Santhosha as the lead actor.

Vezhambal is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and Loknath Pandey based on the story from Hindi movie Zakhm. Aditi Rathore, Zain Imam, Gautam Vig, Nalini Negi, Sushant Mohindru, Reema Lagoo, Sayantani Ghosh, Viraf Patel, Neelam Sivia, Puru Chibber, Gulfam Khan, Rajesh Singh etc  are in the main star cast of this tele-drama.  This serial title track is sung by Shreya Ghoshal with the music by Anu Malik.

The award is given in nearly 30 categories to artists who are part of Asianet Television programs. 

The asianet television award show is one of the most rated show on malayalam television.  The actors actresses and the technicians of Asianet television shows and serials will be honored in a very colorful and glittering ceremony that showcass the on stage performance of many television starts and cine artists. 

The date, venue of the award function and telecast date or time if not yet announced it . Kishore Satya quits Karuthamuthu Serial on Asianet

Actor Kishore Satya quits  Karutha Muthu serial on Asianet.  He played the role of Dr Balachandran in this top -rated serial. Ever since he announced his plan to leave the serial many rumours were spreading in the media.

 Kishore Satya cleared the rumors through his facebook page that it is due to change in story line he leaves the serial. Story of Karutha muthu is going take a 18 year leap and most of the actors will be replaced. He dont have much to play in the new story line.

 Karuthamuthu  was launched on 20th October 2014. Actor Kishore Satya was part of 765 episodes of Karutha Muthu serial by directed by Praveen Kadakkavur  under the banner Bros creations.  The central male character Dr Balachandran stealed the attention of viewers as it was unlike other male characters in min-screen due to the manly, bold, and loving nature of Balachandran and his support to his wife Karthika, the heroine of the serial played by  Actresses Premi Viswanath  and  Renu Souder. In the new story line actress Niya will play the aged version of Karthika will be played by actress Niya. Who will be the new Balachandran we will update soon


Kishore got many awards for his role as Balachandran in this tele-series including best actor awards at the Asianet Television Awards 2016. He was also the anchor Asianet Film and Television awards during this time period.

Asianet Super Voice Cast and Crew : Super Voice is a Malayalam music reality show on Asianet Plus launched on May 7th, 2017. Ten contestants compete against each other to win the title. The show is launched after a break from various seasons of Asianet's Idea Star Singer , one of the most successful music show on Malayalam Television.

Popular Malayalam actress Meghna Vincent -heroine of Chandanamzha- has decided to quit the very popular Chandana Mazha  serial currently aired on Malayalam Channel Asianet. She also quits the Tamil version of the serial  Daivam thanta Veedu serial on Star Vijay. She better known as Amrita in Chandanamazha to malyalai audience and as Seetha in Daivan thanta Veedu to Tamil Audience.  Who will be the new Amrita, we will update soon.

Chandanamazha is a remake of Star Plus hindi Serial 'Saath Nibhaana Saathiya' has completed 980 Episodes. It is one of the longest and successful serial on Indian Television. Ever since, Meghna decided to quits the serial, false news is spreading in the social media that she was eliminated from the serial for reasons known to the team. But she clarifies that she quits the serial herself to concentrate on her marriage . It was impossible for the Chandanamazha serial team to grant her more than 30 days leave. So decided to quit. She will be taking a break of nearly 3 months to focus on most important event on her life- her marriage.
