47th Kerala State Film Awards 2016-Winners List | 'Manhole' Best Film, Vinayakan Best Actor, Rajeesh Vijayan Best Actress

Winners list of Kerala State Film Awards for 2016 films |Kerala State Film Awards announced in 2017 |47th Kerala State Film Awards 2016 : Winners of 47th Kerala State Film Awards 2016 is declared on March 7, 2016. Minister of state for cinema AK Balan announced the awards at a press conferencein Trivandrum. The  awards were selected based on a list of 68 Malayalam films selected by the Kerala State Chalachitra Academy. The 10 member jury will declared the awards in various categories based on 68 movies they have been have been watching five movies per day from February 21.

Jury : The winners were selected by 10-member jury headed by Odisha director A.K. Bir. The other jury members are directors Sundar Das,Priyanandan, Sudevan, yesteryear actress Shanthi Krishna,  PF Mathews, VT Murali, Arun Nambiar, Dr Meena T Pillai and Mahesh Panchu

Best Movie & Best Director : Manhole, directed by Vidhu Vincent won the awards for best film and best director award. This is the first time in the history of Malayalam cinema that a women director won these awards. Manhole is the first Malayalam film by a female director screened in the competition section of International Film Festival. Director Vidhu Vincent bagged two awards for her debut movie Manhole at the 21st International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK), 2016.

Anish Rehman -Actor, Dancer, Choreographer | Actor in Manjurukum Kalam Serial as Abhijith

Anish Rehman (also referred as Aneesh Rehman) is a dancer, actor, anchor, choreographer and performer. Anisha is now playing the role of hero Abhijith  in top-rated serial Manjurukum Kalam on Mazhavil Manorama channel. Abhijit is the love interest of the heroine Janaki (played by Monisha), title character of the serial. 
Career 
As Dancer : Anish is known mostly as a dancer and the winner of many reality dance shows. The show is telecasted every Saturday and sunday at 9:00 Pm.  Malayali Veettamma show highlights the theme 'Salute Motherhood and Celebrate it'. The first episodes of the show started with 20 contestants selected from nearly 4,000 entries and the finalists with different professional backgrounds are in this show.  The winner of this talent show for home makeers will receive two bumber prizes (1) Innova Car (2) a full furnished flat worth 1 crore by Confident group.

The contestants have to undergo many indoor and outdoor tasks and to win, to continue in the competition. Vanambadi Serial on Asianet - Malayalam serial starts on 30th Januaury 2017

Vanambadi is a new malayalam Serial going to be launched on popular malayalam channel Asianet. The first episode of Vanambadi will be aired on 30th January, 2017. The serial episodes will be telecasted every Monday to Friday at 7:00 Pm. Vanambadi will replace Chinthavishtayaya Seetha that will end this saturday (28, Jan).

Malayalam actress Chippy is back on miniscreen and her husband M.Renjith produce this serial under the banner Rajaputhra visual media. Adithyan is the director of the serial. The promos of the serial is out and title song shows the theme of the serial is based on music. The plot appears to be about a girl, Anuradha, and her music life.
