Abhirami born as Divya Gopikumar has acted in all south Indian language films (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada). She started her career at an young age (13 years) in Kathapurushan, movie by noted film director Adoor Gopalakrishnan. She acted in almost 20 films till Virumandi, movie with actor Kamalahasan in 2004. Then she took a break to continue her studies and migrate to USA with her parents (Gopikumar and Pushpa). She was employed there and eventually got married to Rahul Pavanan in 2009. 

She started her second innings in 2014 with Malayalam Movie Apothecary and she is currently part of Tamil movie 36 Vayadhinile starring Jyotika. She also hosted a Tamil television program Rishimoolam.  The viewers now can see her in her new avatar as the host of Made for each other on Malayalam Channel Mazhavil Manorama.This reality show is telecasted every Monday to Friday at 8:00 PM.

The channel launched on 12 April 2015 started telecasting movies, new reality shows, talk shows, comedy shows, cooking shows, interviews etc. Flowers TV has announced four tele serials so far. Junior Chanakyan is a tele series for kids - story about John, a 12 year old boy who faces life threatening situations- is telecasted every Monday to Friday at 630 PM. Kerala State Television Awards 2013 announced : Winners List

The Kerala Stare Televsion awards for 2013  by Kerala Chalachithra academy were announced by Minister for Cinema Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan on 21 April 2015.

The best teleserial award was won by Vaazhthappetta Mariam Thresia: Kudumbangalude Madhyastha directed by Sibi Yogyaveedan on Shalom TV  while  best telefilm award has gone to Makeup directed and produced by Nithuna Nevil Dinesh. Kuttipatturumal by Kairali TV won the award for the best TV show (Entertainment)

Actor Salimkumar won the best actor award for his role in the telefilm Parethante Paribhavangal on Jaihind TV while Sreekala bagged the best actor (female) award for her role in Makeup.

Janam TV- a news cum entertainment Channel was launched on 19 April 2015 at Bristol Ground, Willingdon Island in Kochi, Kerala.
