Ranjani Raghavan  is an  Indian actress working mostly in Kannada Television Serials and Films. She is well known as Gowri after playing Putta Gowri's role in  most popular television serial airing on Colors Kannada channel.  She is also a singer, model,  script writter and creative director. She is currently acting as the heroine, (Pournami) in  Malayalm TV serial Purnami Thingal on Asianet.

Career
Ranjani started her career as actress by playing a role "Putta Gowri" popular television serial Putta Gowri Maduve aired on Colors Kannada channel during 2014-2018. This serial based on colorsTV hindi serial Balika Vadhu and directed by Ramji fetched her name and fame. This paved her way to Kannada movies  "Rajahamsa" directed by Jadesh Kumar Hampi (2017) and Takkar by Raghu Shastry (2019). In 2019, she debuted as  creative director ,script writer and Co-producer of Kannada serial  "Ishta Devathe" on Colors Kannada

Ed from  Mount Tabor Training college, Pathanapuram and M.A in English literature from Pathanamthitta. He worked as a lecturer in Musaliar College arts and Science, Pathanamthitta before joining Bhramanam serial after audition. His hobbies including drawing, painting and  singing He has also acted in armature dramas.

Pournamithingal Serial serial Story Line
New serial, Porunamithinkal will revolve around the life of the central character, a girl named Pournami. Raghundandan is a dooming cancer patient and a father of Pournami, his only child. Raghundandan  and Rajalakshmi were lovers years back. But the situations does not allowed them to tie the knot. They separated and married to who they never wished to live with. 25 years later, they met again. This time, all the things had changed. Both of them are now leading a family. Rajalakshmi is the wife of Prathap Shankar, a wealthy businessman. Both the ex-lovers meets and Raghundandan ask Rajalakshmi for taking care of his daughter after his death. Rajalakshmi decides to carry out his last wish. She brings Pournami to her home and decides to get her son Premjith to marry her. Later, things turns in trouble for both Rajalakshmi and Pournami.

Singer Najim Arshad blessed with a baby boy

Singer Najim Arshad and wife  Thazni were blessed with a  baby boy on April 22, 2019. He shared this happy news on his social media pages

Najim Married Thazni on 13 September 2015. The wedding/ nikah was held in Punalur, Kollam District followed by a reception in Thriuvananthapuram for close family and friends (wedding photos here). A grand wedding reception was arranged on 17 September 2015 in Kochi for friends and stars from movie industry. Najim Arshad's wife, Thazni Thaha is a dentist by profession. Their wedding engagement function was held on 16 April 2014.

42nd Kerala Film Critics Award 2019 in Malayalam- winners list

The winners of 42nd Film Critics Award 2019 in Malayalam were announced.The Kerala Film Critics Association Awards are presented annually by the Kerala Film Critics Association to honour both artistic and technical excellence of professionals in the Malayalam language film industry of India

The films are selected by the members of the association for the movies released in 2018. A total of 33 films participated in this competition. The winner of the association awards for the best film will receive a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh, and the second best film, best director, best actor and best actress will be presented Rs. 25,000 each. The award is based on the decision by a jury.

Actress Sheela won life time achievement award. Oru Kuprasidha Payyan won Best Picture and Shaji N Karun Best Director (for Olu). Olu won many awards in differnt categories. Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam -Anchors, judges, contestants | Show starts on April 6th, 2019 on Zee Keralam

Malayalam channel Zee Keralam is going to launch their new music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam on April 6th, 2019. The new show will be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 PM. This is the Malayalam version of the nationally acclaimed music show on all Zee channels.

There is no age restriction in this reality.  Total of 15 contestants are selected for the show. The show will find the best music talent among the participants.  Actress Rebecca Santhosh known for the serial Kasthooriman will host the show. Malayalam Television GEC Mazhavil Manorama is all set to premiere its super hit show  D4 Dance Season 5 as D5 Junior.  This program aims to showcase the talent of contestant and eventually find the best dancer.  A total of 16 contestants from selected after audition for dancers in the age range from 7 to 12 years.

D5Junior show will be on April 6th, at  Mazhavil Manorama is going to air D5 Junior every Saturday and Sunday at 8.00 P.M . Zee keralam channel’s Sa Re Ga Pa Kerala  will also be premiered on the same date.
