Uppum Mulakum, Flowers TV's popular slapstick comedy show is going to completes 500 episodes on December 19th, 2017. Uppum Mulakum, malayalam family comedy serial was launched on Flowers TV on 14 December 2015.

The show is directed by R Unnikrishnan, the same man behind the popular TV shows Thatteem Mutteem and Marimayam. Uppum Mulakum is aired every Monday to Thursday at at 8:PM.

The sitcom, narrates the life of Balachandran, his wife Neelima, their four children Vishnu, Lakshmi, Keshav, Shivani. Biju Sopanam as Balu (Balachandran),Nisha Sarang as Neelima (Neelu),Rishi S Kumar as Vishnu , Mudiyan),Juhi Rustagi as Lekshmi (Lechu),Shivani Menon as Shivani(Shiva),Al Sabith as Kesavan (Keshu) are the main actors of the serial.

Yuva Awards 2017-Winners List | Telecast on Asianet

The first edition of Yuva Awards 2017 were distributed on 16th November 2017 at the Asian Town Amphitheatre in Qatar. The award show has been conceived by Aplus Media in association with Qbiz Events.

The Yuva Awards ceremony honored noted personalities in their respective fields-Film Stars, Sports Stars and Vibrant Performer etc. The focus of Yuva awards is on selecting young personalities from various walks of life from India – those who have made a difference and inspired the youth. ‘Say no to drugs’ is the slogan for the campaign, and the winners will receive a cash prize and an award.

The event  showcased hundreds of artistes and celebrity performances, including dance, music, comedy skits including Performance by artistes include Madhu Balakrishnan, Sithara, Baby Shreya, Mia, Shamna Kasim and more. etc .Dulquer Salmaan, Arya, Shruti Haasan, Manju Warrier, Parvathy, Tovino Thomas, Innocent and Manoj K Jayan, as well as prominent sports personalities such as Sreejesh and P U Chitra attended the function.

Maha Ganapathy Serial on Surya TV starting on 20th November 2017

Mahaganapathy is the malayalam dubbed version of Sony TV hindi serial  'Vighnaharta Ganesh'. This new mythological drama will be launched on Surya Tv on 20th Novmeber 2017 at 7:00 PM. Its Tamil version vinayagar is being aired on SunTV now. 'MahaGanapathy'  directed by Vaibhav Mutha showcases the journey of the deity Ganesha and presents a magical visual extravaganza with impeccable production design, celestial costumes and ingenious audio-visual experience through Motion Capture technology.

This magnum opus is supported by a stellar star-cast that includes Uzair Basar playing Ganesha, Akanksha Puri as Parvati, Malkhan Singh as Shiv, Basant Bhatt as Kartikeya and Anand Garodia as Narada Muni.

Vighnaharta Ganesh is produced by Abhimanyu singh under the banner of Contiloe Picture Pvt Ltd. The TV show narrates the stories of Lord Ganesha and the TV series is shot with motion capture camera, which is a first for an Indian TV show
