Mazhavil Manorama TV channel has announced the launching of new Malayalam Serial -'Ennu Swantham Koottukari '. The details of telecast time, cast and crew are not yet out.

 The other malayalam TV Serials on Mazhavil Manorama include Aniyathi, Amala, Balamani, Ente Pennu and  Ival Yamuna .  Most of these serials are very popular among audiences. The dance reality show Idea D4 Dance is approaching its Finale.

Amala Rose Kurian is an Indian actress, model and Singer. She is known for her work in Malayalam films,television serials and advertisements. She is known to Malayali audience as Urmila in Asianet Malayalam Serial Paadasaram.

Career
Amala came to the lime light when she participated in Surya TV's acting reality show Vivel Active Fair Big Break in 2011 .She was among the top ten contestants of the show where Malayalam direcor Lal Jose was the permanent judge. Jewel Mary, the popular host of Idea D4 Dance, the dance reality show on Mazhavil Manorama has temporarily left the show to shoot for her debut malayalam film.


Jewel is going to be the heroine of new malayalam Movie 'Pathemari'. Salim Ahmad,the National Film Award winner, is the director of the movie. The hero of the movie is Actor Mamootty. Shooting of the film is in progress.


According to the channel source, Jewel  will join back the D4 Dance Crew for the finale. Jewel and Govind Padmasurya were the anchors of the dance reality show.

Actor Anoop Menon to Marry Shema Alexander

Malayalam Actor , script writter  and lyricist Anoop Menon is going to Marry Shema Alexander on 27 December 2014.  Both of them were friends for the last five years

Anoop is the son of o P. Gangadharan Nair and Indira of Balussery Parambathu Veedu in Kozhikode. Shema is the daughter of Prince Alexander and late Lilly Alexander of Prince Park in  Thottumukkathu,  Pathanapuram in Kollam District. Shema dont have any film background.

Asianet has announced the launch of the next season of the popular quiz based show Ningalkkum Aakaam Kodeeshwaran (NAK). The show is primarily in the Malayalam language with translated English questions and is hosted by actor Suresh Gopi. The show offers contestants 1 Crore (10 million) Indian rupees if they answer all 15 questions correctly.

The season 1 of the show was from 9 April 2012 to 23 August 2012.The Second season ended on Second Season was from 4 March 2013 to 18 July 2013.

Mazhvil Manorama is going to telecast a special Episode of Onnum Onnum Moonnu associated with Deepavali celebrations. Onnum Onnum Moonu is a popular the chat show hosted by Rimi Tomy. The special guests of the episode are the Bolywood stars Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.  Both of them are currently promoting their new movie 'Happy New Year' which is going to be released on 24 October 2014.
