The grand finale of  super voice  , Malayalam music reality show on Asianet Plus, will be on November 10th, 2017,  Friday at Abudhabi armed forced officers club.at 6:30 PM.  Asianet Super Voice, the musical reality show is directed by  Zergo Vijayaraj. Super was launched in Asianet Plus channel on May 7th , 2017 at 7:30 PM.

Asianet Super Voice is to find the best music and singing talent from  participants with age limit 15 to 25 years . The announcement of  Asianet Super Voice came in May 2016 and the applications to participate in the show were invited. Actress Manju Warrier will be in Flowers TV's -Comedy Super Nite 3 soon.  She is visiting Comedy Super Nite 3 in association with the promotion of her new movie Udaharanam Sujatha. Watch the show on Flowers TV every Monday to Wednesday at 8:30 PM

The promos of the show indicate that there will be two episodes of the show with her. Manju will also be entertaining its hosts and audience as Sujatha, the character of the movie and also show case the very essence of the simple character. She will also be seen talking as Sujatha in Trivandrum dialect.

As seen by the promos, Manju is having a lot of laugh-out-loud moments, comic stints and counters,  along with the hosts and comedy artists. Udaharanam Sujatha is a malayalam film directed by debutant Phantom Praveen. The movie is produced by Martin Prakkat ad Joju George. This is the remake of the Tamil film Amma Kanakku, which itself is a remake of the Hindi film Nil Battey Sannata. Manju Warrier plays the role of Sujatha. Nedumudi Venu, Mamta Mohandas and Joju George are her co-stars in this movie. The film is expected to be released by the last week of September 2017. Associated with the promotion, Manju warrier will be seen in other Malayalam channels as well.

Nehru Trophy Boat Race 2017 will be held on 12th August 2017 at Punnamada lake, Aappuzha. This is the 65th edition of the Vallam Kali (Boat Race) competition. This is the biggest water sports event in Kerala. The boat race will be teelcasted by malayalam channels live and alos through their official youtube live streams. The first Nehru trophy boat race was conducted in 1952 in honour of the first prime minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, when he visited Kerala.  The boat race was later names as Nehru trophy. Sakudumbam Shyamala -Flowers TV Serial from August 7, 2017

Malayalam Channel Flowers TV has announced a new malyalam comedy Serial Sakudumbam Shyamala. The first episode of Sakudumbam Shyamala will be aired on August 7, 2017. The new sitcom will be aired every day at 7:00 PM and will be re telcasted at 10:30 PM following its launch on August 7, 2017

The hit screen pair of Aneesh Ravi and Anu Joseph are back on the screen. They are well know through Kairali TV comedy series Karyam Nissaram directed by Unni Cheriyan. The comedy show had actors Aneesh Ravi and Anju Joseph in lead roles as Village Officer Mohanakrishnan and his wife, advocate Sathyabhama respectively had enthralled the mini- screen audience with its comic subject line.

Raja Venkatesh (Rajaram)-Dancer, actor and TV anchor-Passed away

Raja Venkatesh (53)  known as Rajaram -dancer, television actor, and anchor- died in a private hospital following illness on Sunday (1PM on 30th July 2017). He is survived by wife dancer-actor Thara Kalyan and daughter Soubhagya.

Rajaram was admitted to Amrita hospital following a viral fevel. He himself said about his illness  in his own facebook page. But his lung condition had worsened. Unfortunately he developed another serious condition called septicemia. It was followed  multi-organ failure like kidney and heart failure. Despite maximum effort from the doctors of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), he passed away.

Raje Venkatesh is well known as dancer, choreographer, Tv anchor and Actor. He has acted as hero in more than 23 TV serials. He debuted as actor in Nizhal yudham as hero including Deshaadanapakshi first serial of manorama vision. He  has conducted dance classes in Trivandrun, Kochin and Mumbai and unconditionally supported his wife Thara Kalyan and daughter Soubhgya in their artistic ventures.

Malayalam Channel Amrita TV has announced the launching new Malayalam Serial 'Aprarichitha'. The new thriller drama will be launched on July 31, 2017.

Star War - on Surya TV- New Reality Show of mini-screen stars from 23rd July 2017

Star War is a new reality show coming soon on Malayalam entertainment channel Surya Television. The new show is the reality show with mini-screen stars.  The new show will be launched at 23 July 2017 at 9:00 PM

The contestants of Surya TV Star War is popular miniscreen artists. The promos shows Actress Varada, her husband actor Jishin Mohan, Mridula Vijay, Ronson Vincent,  Alina , Pratheeksha,Vivek Gopan, Aneesh Ravi etc are participants of this show -Sundari Neeyum Sundaran Njanum.

The contest between mini-screen artists are not a noval idea on Malyalam Television. The first of its kind was first introduced by Kairali TV as Tharolsavam Season 1-4. The show is also named as Nakshatradeepangal(Tharolsavam season 4). These show mainly tested the artistic merits of mini-screen artist in the form of dance, songs, skits etc.. Later Asianet used the format in the form of the reality show. Later  another show was launched by Asianet as Munch Stars where the team of artists from various serial contest for the title. Don't Do, Don't Do was another reality with Mini screen artists but they incorporated many aports events in the competition.

Actress Surabhi Lekshmi divorced her husband Vipin Sudhakar

Actress Surabhi lekshmi and her husband had a friendly divorce. Yes, it is confirmed by both Surabhi and Vipin on their facebook page. The divorce was granted by family court. The news is confirmed by Vipin himself. He posted a selfie saying that "Our last selfie. We've got divorced. From now on, we'll be good friends."

Ever since Surabhi Lakshmi  won the national award for best actress,audience noticed the absence of her husband in her interviews. So media guessed something is not going well betweem them.But the divorce news come as a surprise to many. Neither the actress not her ex-husband revealed reasons for divorce.

They were living separate for the last one and half years. She said in her facebook post that ' We have our own reasons for separation  and it is a very personal matter and not interested to share the reasons" . She requests everyone to respect her privacy and to support her during this difficult time.

Actress Surabhi Lekshmi married Vipin Sudhakar on 19 October 2014 (19-10-2014) at Sree Guruvayoorappan Temple in Thrissure in Kerala.  They were granted divorce by Calicut family court on Wednesday 12 July 2017.

Vipin Sudhakar is a cinematographer from Thalikkulam in Thrippayar.

She was the winner of special award for best actress in 47th Kerala State Film Awards  for 2017 for the same movie.theatre artist.  She is very popular as the character Pathumma, wife of Moosa,  in Media One serial M80 Moosa. Her unique sound and dialogue delivery in Caliccut accent were noted by the audience soon.

Surabhi won best Comedy Actor award for  her role in M80 Moosa at the Flowers TV comedy Awards 2016. She has acted in more than 20 Malayalam Films, advertisements and Malyalam Serials. She portrayed a main character in   K.K. Comedy Challenge is a new comedy show on malyalam channel Asianet. The new show will be launched on 13th July 2017 at 9:30PM.

Padmasree Padmavathi  TV Serial will be launched on Malayalam entertainment channel Amrita TV on July 1, 2017. The new comedy serial PadmaSree Padmavathy will be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 PM.

The Television awards were distributed in a colorful show on  19th May from 6.00 P.M onward at Alsaj convenction Center ,Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum . Actor Jayaram and Parvathy were the chief guest. Life time achievement award were given to Actor Innocent for his contribution to the entertainment industry.

Vanambadi serial won the popular serial award while Sajan Surya and Chippy Renjith received the best actor awards. Praveen Kadakkavoor won the award for best director for the serial Karuthamuthu. Vanambadi serial won nearly 9 awards in various categories -Best Serial,Best Actress,Best Script writer,Best Cameraman,Best Music Director ,Best Lyricist,Best Singer,Best Child artist,Best New face (hero),Best Dubbing (female). Adil Ibrahim to host Mazhavil Manorama reality show Still Standing : Actor turned TV host Adhil will be the anchor of the new show on malayalam Channel Mazhavil Manorama. He was the co-host of the dance reality show D4 Dance Season 3 along with Pearly Maaney. He also hosted D 4 Dance Reloaded on the same channel

Still Standing Show is launched on May 27th, 2017,  Saturday at 8:30 PM. The show will be telecasted every Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 PM. It is the Malayalam version of American show segment 'Know or Go' .Still Standing Show on Mazhavil Manorama aims to test the knowledge of the contestants and they can  earn upto 10 lakhs from this game show.
