Popular Malayalam TV Serial Parasparam on Asainet Channel has reached its climax. The Final episode of Parasparam Serial will be telecasted on 31 August 2018 at 6:30 PM. That will be 1524 th Episode of Parasparam Serial. It was one of the most popular serial and longest running serial on Asianet. Sthreedhanam was the first serial that crossed 1000 episodes on Asianet. This tele serial has won many awards at the Asianet Television Awards.
The first episode of the serial was telecasted on 22-July 2013. The serial is produced by Ross Petals and directed by Sudheesh Shankar. This is the remake of popular hindi serial Diya Aur Baati Hum broadcasted on Star Plus. The hindi version is written by Sumeet Mittal and Rohit Raj Goyal. Because of its popularity this serial is dubbed or remade into various Indian languages like Tamil (as En Kanavan En Thozhan), Telugu (Ee Tharam Illalu), Bengala (Tomay Amay Mile) and Kannada (Akashadeepa)
This serial depicts the true love between a husband and wife. This is the story of how a husband becomes wife's strength and how he supports his wife to fulfill her dream in her life. The central characters are Deepti and Sooraj. Deepthi belong to a middle class family ended up in a marriage relation with Sooraj under strained circumstances. But her dream is to became an IAS officer. She couldn't neither complete her eduction before her marriage nor was in a position to dream about in her in laws house. But with the support of Sooraj she could complete her education and training for civil service . He supports his wife in all aspects. The serial is about the family relationships, struggles and the journey of Deepthi as IPS officer

But its popularity went down due to new serials and shows . So its time slot also changed to 6:30 PM. Now they are forced to end this show due to its low TRP ratings. New serial Seethakalyanam, will replace Parasparam. Its is expected to have time and schedule changes on Asianet associated with new serials and programs.
Climax/Last Episode details :The climax Episode shows the victory of virtue. Deepthi IPS is after terrorists . The terrorist demands a safe way out of the state in return for Dhyan's life. Later, Deepthi and Sooraj arrive at the hideout to rescue Dhyan. Deepthi decides to join Sooraj and consumes the liquid bomb. Later, the heroic couple meets their family and reveals the truth. Is this the end for them? They bid a teary farewell to their family and colleagues. Later, they try to find a secluded spot to wait for the detonation. She was offered an award for her bravery from the minister, but she refuses to accept it. In the end, Deepthi and Sooraj bid a teary farewell and meet their end together. The serial thus end on a sad note. However, the true love between Deepthi and Vivek is demonstrated.
