Thakarppan Comedy show on Mazhavil Manorama starts on 24th February 2018

Popular Malayalam entertainment television channel Mazhavil Manorama is all set to launch their brand new comedy show 'Thakarppan Comedy". The new show will start on February 24th, 2018  and will be telecasted every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 PM

According to Mazhavil Manorama Channel, it the first cinema spoof comedy reality show in the history of comedy on Malayalam Television. The new show will have skits, One Man Show, Task and Games combined with full-length spoofs of famous movies in Malayalam. The participants are various Malayalam TV screen artists who is know to the Malayalam TV audience.This show will replace Still Standing Quiz show with  Adil Ibrahim. This TV show ended on Feb 18th , 2018 with  Sriranm Ventaraman IAS as the participant and he won the grand prize of 10 lakhs


Anchor of the Thakarpan comdey show:Actress Stephy Leon is the anchor of this celebrity comedy show. She was the heroine of the TV serials 'Manasveena' and 'Vivahitha' in Mazhavil Manorama and many other serials on Malayalam television. She was also part of the shows like Star wars on Surya TV

The winners of Vanitha Film Awards 2018  were declared. The popular Cera Vanitha Film Awards powered by Josco Jewellers was announced  in  February 2018. The award event will be held on February 25th, 2018 at Karyavattom Sports Hub in Greenfild stadium in Trivandrum , Kerala

This is the 15th edition of Vanitha Film Awards.  Vanitha Film Awards are given in 25 categories including Life achievement award.  The movies released from january1, 2017 to December 31  were considered for the award. The awards in various categories including , Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Actress  etc were decided based on the polls conducted by Vanitha and Malayalam Manorama . The winners in each category of awards were chosen by more than one lakh readers who filled in the nominations published in Malayala Manorama and Vanitha and voted through Manorama Online, Vanitha Online and special booths.

Neelakuyil -New Malayalam Serial on Asianet |Starting from 26th February 2018

Neelakuyil is a new Malayalam serial going to launched on Malayalam entertainment channel Asianet . The first episode will be aired on February 26th, 2018 at 7:30. Since then Malayalam serials viewers can watch the serial every Monday to Saturday at 7:30 PM.

Arya (37 years), born as Jamshad Cethirakath,  is an Indian film actor and producer, who mainly appears in Tamil films and Malayalam films . He is known to Malayalam audience theorugh Urumi(2011), Double Barrel(2015) and The Great Father (2017)

Actress Monisha (Manjurukum Kalam serial fame) Marriage Photos

Actress Monisha, known for her role as Jani in Manjurukum Kalam Serial on Mazhavil Manorama, married Arshak Nath.  She tied the knot with Arshak Nath in a traditional kerala style wedding ceremony.  They got engaged in December 2017.
