The winners of D3- D4Dance Season 3- dance reality show on Malayalam Channel Mazhavil Manorama will be declared on Sunday, November 20th, 2016. The prize and mementos for winners in Solo, Pair and group category performace will be distributed by Cheif guest Suresh Gopi.  The grand finale of D3-D4Dance Season 3-will be aired on November 20th, 2016 at 6:00 PM.  The season 3 of D4 Dance was launched on 28 March 2016 at 8.30. Since then, the  show was aired every Monday to Thursday at 8:30 PM. The grand finale is termed super finale by Mazhavil Manorama this time.

This popular dance reality show  directed by Yamuna Yami and written by Ajmal Ea features mix of western, cinematic, contemporary and various other dance forms. The show aims to find the outstanding dancer of the year. Choreographer Prasanna Master, award-winning actress Priya Mani and professional Bollywood dancer and trainer Neerav Bavlecha are the lead experts and judges for the show

D4 Dance Season 3 has been three times bigger than the previous seasons due to the inclusion three categories, Solo, Pair and Group. This dance reality show  aims to showcase the best dancing talent and team from the selected contestants.

Winners of Previous Seasons of D4 Dance:  Ramzan Muhammad  was the title winners of D4 Dance season 1 anchored by Govind Pamasoorya and Jewel Mary.  The second season, D2 (D4 Dance Season 2 ) was hosted by Govinda Padmasoorya and Pearle Maaney, and winner was Pranav Sasidharan

Malayalam actress Sarayu married associate director Sanal V Devan on Saturday 12th, 2016. The traditional wedding ceremony took place in Jawaharlal Convention Centre in Thrissur. Actress Sarayu and Sanal got engaged early this year , on April 4, 2016 at Thripunithara in Ernakulam District of Kerala.

Sarayu is currently  acting as heroine of  Earan Nilavu serial. She has also appeared in many advertisements and television shows. Sarayu is also a drained dancer. Sarayu started her journey as movie actress by doing minor roles in Chkkaramuthu(2006), Veruthe Alla Bharaya(2006) and Sultan. She debuted as heroine in Kappal Muthalali (2009). So far she acted in more than 40 Malayalam Films and two Tamil Movies.She has also directed, produced and acted, in her own short film, Pachha in Malayalam.  Sarayu also acted in Malayalam Television serials including Velankani Mathavu (Surya TV) Manaporutham (Surya TV), Eeran Nilavu (Flowers TV). Sarayu the only child of  Mohan  from Ernakulam & Uma from Kannur.  She did her graduation on BA Literature at Maharajas College, Ernakulam. D3 (D4Dance) Grand Finale on 20th November 2016 at 6:00 PM

The grand finale of D3-D4Dance Season 3-will be aired on November 20th, 2016 at 6:00 PM. Actor and MP, Suresh Gopi will be the chief guest of the 'super finale' announced by the Mazhavil Manorama channel.

The first episode of D3 aka D4Dance Season 3, the popular dance reality show  directed by Yamuna Yami, was launched on 28 March 2016 at 8.30. The  show was aired every Monday to Thursday at 8:30 PM.

Malayalam TV Channel ratings for Week 44: Flowers TV in second position

Malayalam TV Channel ratings for the week 44 in 2016 is published by BARC (Broadcast Arudence Reseaerch Council) India.  Latest Ratings for malayalam television channels are published for Week 44: Saturday,29th October 2016 to Friday, 4th November 2016.

Asianet is still on Number 1 position. Flowers TV became the number 2 channels. It is a great achievement for a new channel headed by Sreekandan Nair. Asianet Movies reached 3rd position.
Mazhavil Manorama's ratings dropped to five while Surya TV dropped into 4th position. Kiran , Asianet Plus and Kairali TV channels ranked below the above channels while Amrita TV dropped to lowest position. Live telecast of Indian super league helped Asianet movie in addition to dubbed version of Tamil movie Kabali  telecasted on the same channel.

As usual all the Asianet Serials topped the program list. Parasparam seral maintained the number 1 position followed by Chandanamazha and Karuthamuthu Serials

The drop in channel ratings, especially for Surya and Mazhavil Manorama came after  wbarc filed police case against some malayalam channels for fraud in screwing up ratings. The effect can be seen after they fix the problem.

Serial and Film Actress Rekha Mohan Found Dead

Malayalam Actress Rekha Mohan found dead inside her flat in Shobha city in Thrissure on 12 November 2016. The reason for her death is still investigated by police. Police suspects that Rekha's death have occurred two days ago.

As her husband, currently in Malysia cannot contact her for the last two days,  he informed her driver and found that her flat was closed for two days. Her driver then informed police and security of the flat. The door was locked from inside. Her flat was then opened in the presence of Police. Her body was then found leaning over the dining table. After completing the inquest, her body was shifted to hospital for postmortem. She is survived by her husband.

This news came as a shock to Malayalam TV and movie industry. Rekha Mohan has acted in many malayalam serials and films. She has acted in  Udyana palakan, Nee Varuvolam and Yathramozhi. She is known to Malayalam Television audience as heroine of Mayamma and Sthreejanmam serials. She was also part of many other TV serials.

Update: Police confirmed after postmortem that she died of heart attack. It is also reported that Rekha was under treatment for cancer for a long time

Mayamohini Serial Actress Sabarna Anand (Suguna) found dead

Sabarna, V actress, RJ and anchor was found dead in  her house at Maduravoyal in Chennai on Friday , 11 November 2016. As Sabarna's house door was not opened for three days and also after getting stinky smell neighbors informed police. Police opened the door and found her dead. A letter was also recovered from her house. The reason behind the unnatural death is not yet known- Is it an accident, suicide or murder?.

The investigation to unravel the mystery of the death of  Sabarna is in progress. Many suspects suicide. The reason behind Sabarna’s decision to commit suicide is not known yet. The news came as a shock to the television industry. She is known to most of the south Indian Audience as a TV host and Actress

Sabarna's parents Anand Kumar and Pushpalatha, and her brother living in Virugambakkam have no clue on the reason for her death. She was living alone in her apartment

Sabarna is familiar to malayalam TV audience through Mayamohini Serial on Mazhavil Manorama. Sabarna played the lead role in the serial as Urmila& Unnikrishnanan. In Mayamohini serial, directed  by Prasad Nooranad, she was the heroine Urmila and also played the role of Unnikrishnan. Urmila change her identity as a man in an effort to escape from police and enemies.   This extremely talented actress was also part of the Surya TV Serial Harichandanam.
