In the last few episodes,  Father Joseph Ellikkan  tries to restore the broken friendship between the four friends and their respective married lives. Meera purses her dream after getting a new life; Bhama is back to the life of Radheyan; Immanuael and Annie starts new life. He also ask Radha to consider a new life with Mukundan. She agrees. Unfortunately, father Ellikkan got killed in an accident. Last episode reveals that he was killed by Rugmini with the help of Surenndran. However, fate was against her and she ends up in hospital, paralyzed. When the three friends, Emmanuel, Mukundan and Radheyan prey for Ellikkan at his grave they met father Thomas/Jospeh Vadakkan. That was the beginning of a new friendship circle,with this note the serial ends.

Punarjani is a new malayalam television serial going to be telecasted on Surya TV soon. The first episode of this malayalam serial will be aired on 22 June 2015 at 10 PM.  The new serial tells the story of four doctors, Dr Pooja, Dr Akshay, Dr. Meera  and Dr. Mahesh.
