Manju Warrier coming back with Renjith's Mohanlal Movie

Actress Manju Warrier, who quit the film industry 14 years ago, is all set to return to the big screen opposite superstar Mohanlal. According to Renjith, who will be directing the film, the film's shooting will begin in November. The film is being produced by Antony Perumbavoor.

Her movie with Renjith -Mohanlal team ' Aaram Thamburan' was a super hit movie. Can we expect the same again?

 When she left the scene, she had starred in 20 films and won numerous awards including a National special jury award for her acting in "Kannezhuthi Pottum Thottu" (1999).

 "Sallapam", "Ee Puzhayum Kadannu", "Thooval Kottaram", "Kaliyattam", "Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu", "Daya", "Summer in Bethlehem" and "Pathram" are some of her blockbuster films.

The reports about actress Manju Warrier's comeback to films have been often hitting the net ever since she performed dance at Guruvayoor temple and in other public events. She also launched a website and official Facebook Page.

Rahul Easwar is the title winner of the show Malayalee house on Malayalam Channel Surya TV Thinkal Bhal, Rahul Easwar,Sindhu Joy, Neena Kurup, Asha Gopinath, Rosin Jolly are the finalists of Malayali House hosted by actress Revathy . Only three entered the grand finale of the show. Rahul Easwar was declared the winner of the first season. Sindhu Joy was declared first runner up and Thinkal Bhal second runner up . The show rated high in TRP ratings and became very popular among audience. The also created many controversies .

Malayalee House on Surya TV was launched on 5 May 2013 and ended on 30 August 2013 with its grand finale declarations. In this show 16 contestant famous personalities in their respective fields are chosen to live together in a house fro 100 days isolated from the world and was monitored using hidden cameras. Each week, residents nominate one among them for eviction, and the resident who receives the most nominations has to leave the house. Malayalee House is a reality show based on the original Dutch Big Brother format developed by John de Mol. It is also loosely based on super hit reality show Bigg Boss with original format of the show first developed by Endemol in the Netherlands and it is followed in Hindi, Bengali and Kannada versions.

 Malayalee House shown was built exclusively for the show at a film studio in Hyderabad owned by actor Nagarjuna.The house is traditional, well-furnished and equipped, but all the rooms remain closed in the beginning of the show. The open area at the center of the house (Nadumuttam) is the center place for all Malayalee house activities. There is a kitchen, prayer room, and several bedrooms in the house. The house has no TV connection, no phones, and no Internet connection or clocks. Residents are overseen close circuit cameras full time. The house is installed with LCD displays/speakers through which instructions are given to the contestants. The cameras are hidden behind mirrors. The vents in every week created lot of fun, emotional breakdown etc. The details of the show are given below. Only three reached the grand finale of the show.

Mamta Mohandas Divorced her husband Prajith Padmanabhan

Now, it is confirmed that Actress Mamtha Mohandas was granted divorce to her husband Prajith Padmanabhan by the Ernakumam family court on 19 August 2013.

 South Indian actress and playback singer Mamta Mohandas got married to her family friend Pregith Padmnabhan on December 28, 2011. He is a business man in Bahrain. But the couple has decided to divorce. Mamtha Mohandas revealed the divorce news to a national news paper. They got engaged on 11-11-2011 and the decision to divorce was declared on 12-12-2012.

According to Mamta Mohandas the decision was taken together by both of them and they were living separately for the past few months.To terminate the one year old married life, a joint divorce petition will be filed on January 2013.

She said that, she is happy having learnt that they both have two different personalities and realized that it will be difficult to live together further. The judgement of divorce petition has postponed to August 19th earlier. Because Mamtha was staying away from Kerala for her treatment.

Oru Poo Viriyum Pole - Manju Warrier's autobiography to appear in Grihalakshmi Magazine

After the successful launch of website and official Facebook Page page, Manju warrier will be celebrating her return to film field with the release of her memoirs  through  Grihalakeshmi magazine and the literary work has been titled ‘Oru Poo Viriyum Pole’.

“Oru Poo Viriyum Pole” (Like the blossoming of a flower) is the autobiography of Manju Warrier which will start appearing in Grihalakshmi from August issue. 

Sonarika Bhadoria replaced by Pooja Bose in Kailasanthan | Devon Ke Dev... Mahadev TV Serial

There was lot of confusion and speculation about actress Sonarika Bhadoria being replaced by Pooja Bose to play the coveted role of Parvati in Nikhil Sinha's Devon Ke Dev Mahadev.
Kailasanthan is the malayalam version of the serial aired by Asianet.
It is now confirmed that the replacement already happened.

The very popular show from channel Life OK will replace its lead actress Sonarika Bhadoria who was playing the role of Goddess Parvati. Pooja Bose previously worked in Star Plus TV serial ‘Tujh Sang Preet Lagayee Sajana’. From a long time producer of the serial Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev were in search for a strong replacement of the lead actress and now their search has been over. The main reason behind the replacement of Sonarika is her increasing demands for increment in her salary and tantrums. On the set of Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev Sonarika also always compared the treatment between herself and the lead character Mohit Raina who is playing the role of Mahadev.

Times of India reported that  "Pooja Bose of Star Plus' Tujh Sang Preet Lagai Sajna fame has been zeroed down to play the new Parvati and consequently Sonarika would wave her final bye to her audiences soon in the coming episodes," says source.

Pooja Bose worked as Radha in 9X channel serial ‘Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki’ and also worked as a lead character Vrinda in Star Plus TV serial ‘Tujh Sang Preet Lagayee Sajana’. Pooja appeared last time in a serial ‘Sarvgunn Sampann’ which was aired on NDTV Imagine channel.

Manju Warrier has relaunched her acting career with an advertisement featuring one of the legends of Indian cinema Amitabh Bachchan.

After a long break of 14 years, Manju has returned with an ad of Kalyan Jewellers, directed by V A Sreekumar. She enacts a modern girl who enjoys watching TV with Bachchan in the visiting room.

Speaking to media about her second innings, Manju said, she was happy that she could be back along with Big B. "This is the first time I have met Amitabh and his presence has increased my confidence level," she added

Serial Actor Adithyan under arrest

Police on Wednesday(11 Jul 2013 ) held serial actor Adhithayan on a marriage cheating case. Adithyan was held on the basis of compliant by a woman and she stated that he duped her of Rs four lakh and gold by promising to marry her.

He was held from his house in Kollam on Wednesday and was shifted to Kannur. He is nephew of late actor Jayan and was known as junior Jayan. The complainant is a 21-year-old woman from Kakkad, Kannur.

 The engagement was took place on 2007 at Guruvayur temple and later on he accepted gold and money from time to time. This happened even in 2012. Recently only she came to know that he is already married.


Serial Actor Adithyan married serial actress Sonu. Actress Sonu  worked in Sthreedhanam, Kanal Kannadi. Their marriage is on the verge of separation.

Actor Adithya, Junior Jayan, is playing a role in serial Amma. He has also acted in more than 6 movies.


Actor Adityan (Junior Jayan) denied all allegations against him and said that his former life partner is the main culprit behind this case. This is because he denied divorce to her. People from the  industry are trying to spoil his acting career.
