Neelakkuyil  is a new malayalam serial on Asianet which started telecasting on February 26th, 2018 at 7:30. This new serial will be telecasted every Monday to Saturday at 7:30 PM.

Neelakuyil is a TVserial from the team of  Jaikumar known for the popular serials Kumkumapoovu and  Chandanamazha . Ross Petals Entertainments are the producers of this serial. Neelakuyil is directed by Manju Dharman. He was the director of Surya TV serial Mizhi Randilum aired in 2016 with lead actors Boban Alummoodan, Divya Viswanath and Rebecca Santhosh.

Dont confuse with the famous Neelakuyil movie-a 1954 Malayalam film jointly directed by P. Bhaskaran and Ramu Kariat with Sathyan and Miss Kumari in lead roles.  Neelakuyil TV Seiral is the remake of Mohi, a Hindi TV series aired on Star Plus which itself is a remake of Star Jalsha's series Ishti Kutum

Neelakkuyil  serial Story Line
The hero of the serial is Adithya or Adi , a journalist. He decided to marry Rani after 8 long years of love affair. But the events that  happened in forest just before their wedding engagement changed every thing. Aditya was forced to marry Kasthuri, a simple girl from a tribal village, is the illegitimate daughter of a renowned painter, on his visit to Poompara forest.
