Megna Vincent is an Indian Actress mostly acting in Malayalam and Tamil Television Serials. She had also acted in Malayalam and Tamil Films. She is also a trained classical dancer. She won 'Kalathilakam' a prestigious title in Kerala School youth Festival. She started her career as a child actor and model but  took a break to focus on her studies. She is now one of the popular television actress in Malayalam and Tamil languages.

She was a professional dancer before entering the television and film world. Recently she performed one in  Asianet Television Awards 2014.

Following which she appeared in malayalam  TV serials Autograph, Parinayam, Indira,  Mohakkadal, Swargavathil , Chakravakam and now in Chandanamazha. She became very popular through her character Amrita  in the Asianet Malayalam Serial Chandana Mazha.

She has also participated in TV shows like Munch Stars, Nashatradeepangal

Personal Life

Megna is the daughter of Vincent and Nimmy and is originally from Kochi, Ernakulam. Her father was a government employee in Indian postal service. He is now working in Dubai. Her mother Nimmy is an yesteryear actress  in malayalam movies and acted mainly in character roles. She is now leading an event management company. Megna has completed  under graduation.

Surya Singer on Surya TV | Music Reality Show

Surya Singer is a music reality show and talent search for singing on Surya TV. This show is for children between the age group 5-13 years. It is one of the the popular musical reality show telecasted in Surya TV.

Contestants with best singing talent were selected though a series of statewide audition in Kerala. 24 Contestants were selected for the season 1 of the show. Vidyadharan Master was the Mahaguru for all the top 24 contestants in Season 1.

The audition for Surya Singer Season 2 occurred at various centres across Kerala on March 1-2, 2014. For the first time in Malayalam Television an interactive audition through internet (Skype, Google hang out etc) was also arranged. The season 2 of the the show on Surya TV was launched on 31 March 2014.
