Henko Flowers Indian Film Awards 2016: Telecast Details

Flowers Indian Film Awards, sponsored by henko was held at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on April 29, 2016 at 6.30pm.  The award show was a star studded one attended  by celebrities from south Indian and bollywood film industries. The program show cased the performance of many actors , actresses and comedy stars to add glitz and glamour to the show, thus making it an entertaining one.

The colourful award show will be telecasted on May 13 (Friday) and 14th (Saturday), 2016 on Flowers TV starting from 7:00 PM.

Career
Amrutha started her career as a Televison actress through Malayalam Serial Velamkanni Mathavu. She later acted in Chakkarabharani, Autograph, Chakravakam, Snehakoodu, Pattusari, 7 Rathrikal, Punarjani, Vadhu and Pranayam.

Malayalam audience noted her through her role as Rosy in super hit serial Autograph on Asainet Channel directed by Sujith Sanker. In Chakravakam, a Surya TV serial by V.N Mohandas, she played the role of heroine, Krishna. Her role as Mahalekshmi, a negative character in  hit serial Pattusari on Mazhavil Manorma showcased her acting potentials and made her very popular. Recently she completed acting in Punarjanii Serial on SuryaTV. Now she is giving life to the character Simi, sister of the hero Sharan G Menon of Pranayam Serial on Asianet. Recently, she started acting in comedy serial 5 star thattukada on Asianet Plus

Personal life and family details
Amrutha is the elder daughter of Manivarnan and Suchithra from Thiruvananthapuram. She has an younger brother named Anand, a higher secondary school student.  Amrutha started her career as an actress when she was a plus two student. She got the opportunity to act in her debut serial Velamakanni Mathvu, when the serial team noticed her among the audience of popular music show  Idea star singer  on Asianet.

The winners of  Flowers Indian Film Awards 2016 were announced in a star studded function help in Sharjah Cricket Stadium on April 29 , 2016. This the first season of Film Awards and Show by Flowers TV. They have also hosted and announced their first Flowers Television Awards in 2016. The awards were selected by a jury including eminent personalities from Indian Film Industry headed by director Hariharan. Malayalam Movie Pathemari by Salim Ahamed bagged the award for best film, best director and best script writer.  Actor Mammootty won the best actor award for his movie Pathemari while Parvathy won the best actress Award for her performance in Ennu nite Moideen. Prithviraj won award for Best Last Decade Malayalam Actor  bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor received The Pride Of India Award. Aluvayum Mathi Kariyum serial on Asianet Plus to be launched on 29th April 2019

Aluvayum Mathi Kariyum is a new comedy serial launching on Asianet Plus. This satirical family drama will be aired every Friday to Saturday at 9:30 PM starting from April 29, 2016.  The new serial is directed by Prada Nooranad with a script by Alby. Anantha Padmanabhan is the producer of this serial.

Actress Beena Antony and Lekshmi Priya plays the main characters of the serial as Rani and Sundari. The characters of the serial include their husbands, mother in laws and neighbors.  Other actors include Poojappura Ravi, Alby, Reshmi Anil etc..
