3rd Asianet comedy Awards 2017 Coming soon

The winners of 3rd Asianet comedy Awards 2017 will be declared in a colorful ceremony on 26th October 2017 at Adlux Convention Center, Ankamali.  This is the third edition of  the comedy awards by Asianet to honour and encourage the comedy artists and programs on malayalam television and film industry. The award will be given to both television and film artists. The winners list, telecast date and time will be updated soon.

The previous seasons of Asianet comedy Awards ceremony were also held Adlux Convention Center Ankamali.  Awards were given in various categories like Best Actor,Best Actress ,Multifaceted Talent , Best comedy Movie , Best director,Best Song, Best popular movie, Versatile actor,Best writer comical scene/song , Best  script, Best Actress (TV), Best Actor (TV), Best Anchor, Supporting Actor,Versatile Performer (TV),Top TV Performer, Most Promising Actor,All rounder of the year,Entertainer of the year, etc . Sree murugan is a new malayalam serial asianet to be launched on 23rd October 2017 at 6.30 P.M. This new mythological serial is the malayalam dubbed version of Tamil serial Tamizh Kadavul Murugan on Vijay TV. The Tamil version was launched on 2nd October 2017. This is a big budgeted series on Tamil television after Nandhini which is being telecasted in all south Indian languages.

The winners of 47th Kerala State Film Awards 2016 were honored, and the  trophies and citations  were distributed at a grand ceremony at Thalassery Municipality Stadium on Sunday, September 10, 2017. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan distributed the awards to the  talented artistes and technicians of the Malayalam entertainment industry for their contribution to cinema in 2016. The award ceremony also witnessed performances by actors Sobhana, Rima Kallingal, Vineeth, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Roma, Vineeth Kumar, Ramesh Pisharody, singers M Jayachandran, Sithara, Rajalakshmy and Mrudula, among others.

The prestigious JC Daniel award was awarded this year to filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan, given his comprehensive contributions to the entertainment industry. The chief minister announced during the award ceremony that the cash prize for the award would be Rs 5 lakh, up from Rs 1 lakh, from next year. Manhole, directed by Vidhu Vincent won the awards for best film and best director award. Vinayakan won Best Actor for his performance in Rajiv Ravi's Kammattipadam. The best actress Award was bagged by Rajeesh Vijayan for her performance in Anuraga Karikkin vellam.

Nedumudi Venu, Mamta Mohandas and Joju George are her co-stars in this movie. The film is expected to be released by the last week of September 2017.
