Kana Kanmani (Kaana Kanmani) is a new serial launching on Malayalam Channel Asianet on 11 April 2016 at 6:30 PM. This new family drama will be aired every Monday to Friday during 6:30 -7:00 PM. Actor Sanjay Kumar Asrani, Gowrikrishna, Dilsha Prasannan are giving life to the central characters of the serial directed by Ratheesh Bhargav under the banner Thrisha Media Productions.

Actress Sarayu to marry Sanal V Devan | Engagement Photos

Malayalam actress Sarayu got engaged to associate director Sanal V Devan on Monday, April 4, 2016 at Thripunithara in Ernakulam District of Kerala. The simple traditional engagement ceremony was a family affair attended by close friends and relatives only. She later anounced her marriage with Sanal through her social media page as "Happy to announce that I got engaged to my best friend Sanal V Devan,and we apologise for the late note..." along with engagement photos. It is a love cum arranged marriage. The marriage date is also avaialable now. The couple will enter wedlock on Novemner 12, 2016 at Thrissur.

Sanal has worked as assistant director of malayalam films like Varsham, Life of Josutty and Jilebi. Sarayu and Sanal came to know each other through the movie Varsham, the first movie project of Sanal. Varsham starring Mammootty and Asha Sharath in lead roles was directed by Renjith Sanker. Eventually they became best friends and decided to get married with the blessings of their family members

Actress Sarayu to marry assistant director Sanal V Devan

Sarayu the only child of  Mohan  from Ernakulam & Uma from Kannur.  She did her graduation on BA Literature at Maharajas College, Ernakulam. She is currently doing her post graduate degree in Literature from Annamalai University.  Sarayu started her journey as movie actress by doing minor roles in Chkkaramuthu(2006), Veruthe Alla Bharaya(2006) and Sultan. She debuted as heroine in Kappal Muthalali (2009). So far she acted in more than 40 Malayalam Films and two Tamil Movies.She has also directed, produced and acted, in her own short film, Pachha in Malayalam.  Sarayu also acted in Malayalam Television serials including Velankani Mathavu (Surya TV) Manaporutham (Surya TV), Eeran Nilavu (Flowers TV). Currently she is acting as heroine of  Earan Nilavu serial. She has also appeared in many advertisements and television shows. Sarayu is also a drained dancer.

Asianet, the popular malayalam entertainment channel is all set to launch the  season 2 of the malayalam quiz show Sell me the answer after the huge success of the  first season of Sell me the answer .  Actor Mukesh, will continue to be the host of the second season of Sell me the answer on Asianet as well.   This unique game show 'sell me the answer' is more about knowledge and skills of bargaining than brain power. The successful candidates can win up to 1 Crore Indian Rupees.

The first episode of this reality show will be launched on April 4th, 2016 at 9:00 AM. Singer Swetha Mohan will be in the episode one of this show .
