Amrita TV Super Star Junior 5 grand finale On 6 November 2016

Amrita TV Super Star Junior grand finale grand finale will be aired on On 29th & 30th October (sat - sun) at 8.00 pm. This is the season 5 of  Super Star Junior on Amrita TV. This is music reality show and competition for children with age between 8 to 14 years. Super Star Junior on Amrita TV waslaunched on 11 March 2016, Friday at 8:PM.

Update: Amrita TV later announced that the final part of Super Star Junior grand finale will be aired on November 6 during 7:00- 9:30 PM only on Amrita TV

The permanent judges of  Amrita TV Super Star Junior 2016 are musicians  Sujatha Mohan, Vijaya Yesudas and Stephen Devassy. Eminent music composers and singers were part of the judging panel.
Nearly 20 contestants were selected for this show. Of these only top 6 candidates participate in this show.  Ridhu Krishna, Ann Benzon, Bhavana, Anjana, Sreelakshi and Rithika are the finalists of this music talent show show. The anchors of the show are Anjali Suresh and Rejith Menon

Kerala State Film Awards 2015 distribution event will be aired on Flowers TV on 29th and 30th October 2016 at 6:30 PM. This is the Deepawali special for Flowers viewers. The curtain raiser to this show is already aired on Flowers TV

The colorful show of 46th Kerala State Film awards 2015 distribution event was held on 15th October 2016 evening at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Palakkadu.  Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan distributed the 46th Kerala State Film Awards to 48 recipients. Sanal Kumar Sashidharan' Ozhivudivasathe Kali was selected as the best film while Martin Prakkat won award for best director. Dulquer Salmaan won the best actor award for his performance in Charlie movie. Parvathy bagged the best actress award for her performance in Charlie and Ennu Ninte Moideen.

2nd Asianet Comedy Awards 2016 Coming Soon

Asianet comedy awards 2016 is coming soon. This is the second season of the comedy awards by Asianet and it is is to honour and encourage the comedy artists and programs on malayalam television. The promos of this award is out.  The award will include both television and film industries. The winners list, event date and time, telecast date and time will be updated soon.

The first comedy awards a glittering star studded event at Adlux International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Karukutty, Angamaly, Kochi, India and thewinners of first Asianet comedy Awards 2015  were announced on 13 November 2015.  The awards will be given in many categories including best actor, actress, script and writters.

Chandrakantham- Malayalam Horror Serial Coming Soon on Asianet

Chandrakantham is the new horror serial on Malayalam Television. Asianet channel has announced the launching of new serial and the promos are out. The new horror serial is directed by Dr Janardhanan, directer of many hit serials including the Kalayna Sougandikam serial previously telecasted on Asianet. The details of Chandrakantham serial cast, crew, actors, launch date, telecast time, repeat telecast details will be soon updated here.

All malayalam channels are now telecating horror serials now. Recent ones include Sayayathrika  on Surya TV and Ottachilambu on Mazhavil Manorama. Nagakanayaka on Surya Tv and Kavacham on Asianet are other dubbed fantasy serials with horror element currently being aired on Malyalam Television.

These additions will fuel up competition for better ratings by television channels. Currently Asianet is on number one position with Mazhavil manorama in second and third positions. Recently Mazhavil Manorama serial Manjurukum Kalam entered the list of top 5 serials which is usually occupied by Asianet serials.
