Actress Archana Kavi to marry Abish Mathew

Actress Archana Kavi (Archana Jose Kavi)is all set marry her childhood buddy and famous stand up comedian Abish Mathew. The wedding news is revealed through times of India. According to Archana  'it's neither an arranged nor a love marriage'. Both of their families were known to each other and they were friends since childhood. The alliance was initiated by both families. She reportedly said 'we both freaked out at first, but in about eight to nine months, we came to terms with the fact that we like each other and can get married. However, we still don't feel like there is a marriage happening soon' . Archana and Abish will enter the wedlock by January 2016. The marriage betrothal will be in December 2015. The date and venue are not yet out.

Archana Kavi is the daughter of senior media person Jose Kaviyial and Rossamma Kaviyil from Kannur. She was born and brought up in New Delhi. Archana completed her schooling from Delhi and moved to  Ramapuram in Kottayam to pursue Bachelor of Business Administration course at the Mar Augustinose College. She started her career in India vision Yes Channel as an anchor and assistant in the production of certain program.  She was then spotted by Malayalam director Lal Jose and eventually resulted in her debut as heroin of classic love story Neelathamara written by  M.T Vasudevan Nair. Following its success she acted in many Malayalam , Tamil and Telugu movies.

Abish Mathew, brought up in New Delhi,  is known for his solo comedy stage show "Son of Abish". He started his career as radio jocky , singer and later as actor in bollywood movies including Mastizaade (2015 ).He has also won many awards for his comedy performances
