Renjini Haridas back on mini-screen as co-host of Surya Super singer along with Dian Davis

Anchor Renjini Haridas is back to Malayalam Television with  malayalam music reality show Surya TV Super singer. In this show she is co-hosting the show with anchor Dian Davis (DD). Former Miss Kerala Renjini won the heart of Malayali Audience through Asianet reality show Idea Star Singer 2007.She was the host of many seasons. Later her popularity came down due to certain controversies. But she was as usual busy with many stage Shows . However it was the positive vibe she created through Asianet Bigg Boss Malayalam paved her way back to Mini-screen.

Dian Davis, known as DD, was part of many movies and became a household name after  co-hosting  the show with her. Dian rose to fame through the mazhavail manorama acting reality show,Nayika Nayakan which had actor, Kunchacko Boban, Samvritha Sunil and director Lal Jose as judges.

Surya Singer launched on 13th May 2019, on Surya TV have singer Unni Menon, Hariharan, Manjari and Vijay Yesudas as chief judges on the show. In this music program, Renjini appear after a huge make over compared to her usual avatars.

Mithun Ramesh in Badai Bungalow Season 2 replacing Ramesh Pisharady

The popular malayalam sketch comedy and celebrity talk show Badai Bungalow is going to launch their season 2 of the series.  This show comes with many surprises.  The first episode of Badai Bungalow season 2  will be aired on March 3rd, Sunday at 9:00 PM. This episode feature Kumbalangi nights stars Soubin Sahir and Shane Nigam as celebrities.

To the surprise of everyone, Mithun Ramesh , very popular now as the anchor of Comedy Ulsavam on Flowers TV , will replace Ramesh Pisharody. He will be the new tenant of Badai Bungalow.  The role of wife will be played by his wife Lekshmi Menon, a known Vlogger.

Mithun Ramesh will co host the  show with actor Mukesh. Mithun Ramesh is known for comedy ulsavam in flowers TV He has already established as dubbing artist, radio jockey and actor. Mithun is also associated with 96.7 FM as radio Jockey. He holds a Guinness book record for the longest Talkathon in history with Sindhu for continuously talking without taking a break in 2013 for 84 hours in air. He has also worked as dubbing artist for many male actors like Unni Mukundan in Mallu Singh, Jishnu Raghavan in Nammal, Richard, Rajiv Pillai and Tom George in Akalae to name a few.

 Mithun Ramesh is known to flowers TV audience ad was the host of Flowers TV Smart Show 60. He is also a Malayalam film actor, television actor and Radio Jockey. He debuted as an actor through the film is Life is Beautiful. He has already acted in many malayalam movies including Sesham, Swapnam Kondu Thulabharam, Runway, Vettam, Nammal Thammil, Sevenes, Diamond Necklace, Run Baby Run, Banking Hours 10 to 4, 100 Degree Celsius, Avatharam and Madhura Naranga. Prathibha Sai is the new anchor of anchor of the brand new game show 'Sakalakalavallabhan-Wonder Kids' on Malayalam Channel Asianet. The new kids show was launched on Asianet on 23rd February 2018.  The show will be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 PM.

'Wonder Kids Sakalakalavallabhan' -TV program aims to showcase the multiple talents of contestant aged between  5-14 years.  Its a unique platform to showcase singing, dancing, magic, music, martial arts  or any other kind of talent.  The auditions will be done in various centres across Kerala on. Audition for wonderkids were conducted in various centers in Kerala January 19th and 20th, 2019. Pratibha was born and brought up in Paravur in Kerala. She is the daughter of  Prakashan Nair who works in the private sector and Shobha ,a homemaker. She has a brother named Prasobh, an engineering graduate.After completing her higher secondary education from the government higher secondary school in Pravur,she got enrolled at the Kunnukara MES Engineering College. She was a second year student while she was selected as Miss Kerala 2018

Sabumon Abdusamad is an Indian actor, anchor and producer mostly active in Malayalam Films and Television. He is known for his TV show  ‘Tharikida’ from which he was also called Tharikida Sabu. Now he is known as the finalist of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1 grand finale on Malayalam Channel Asianet.

Sabumon Abdusamad

TV anchor : Sabumon started his career with the Surya TV show ‘Tharikida’, a prank show.  It as one of the first shows in Malayalam that used hidden camera, then provoking people without their knowledge and  record it. Sabumon was very active in mono-act and stage shows. His performance attracted producer Satheesh kumar, and invited him to be the host of Tharikida. Years later Sabu became  a judge of  Mazhavil Manorama’s popular reality TV show Midukki by Satheesh Kumar. He has also hosted a popular Malayalam TV show 'Take It Easy' . He also did a program named ‘Attahasam’ in Asianet.

Actor : Sabumon debuted in  Malayalam film  industry as an actor through Nakshathrakkannulla Rajakumaran Avanundoru Rajakumari (2002) directed by Rajasenan, starring actor Prithviraj in lead role. Later he got opportunity to act in other Malayalam films such as  Fireman, Acha Dhin, Double Barrel, Katha, Karma Cartel, Godzone, Punyalan Aggarbattis and Adi Kapyare Kottamani..etc, as supporting actor. Sabumon's role as a judge in Midukki show attracted Malayalam director Ranjith Shankar which paved him way to his movie Punyalan agarbathis

As a producer: Sabumon Abdusamad is also one of the producer and host of television program "Take it Easy" in Mazhavil Manorama channel. Due to his interest in films & Television, he started a production house SAB productions . They produced Amrita TV program Chumma, Tech manthra and Kappa TV program Candid Camera. Many projects are in pipeline.

As a contestant in Bigg Boss Malayalam: He is very popular now as the contestant and  finalist of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1 on Asianet with actor Mohanlal as the host. Sabumon Abdusamad -Family| Personal life
Sabumon Abdusamad hails from Kayamkulam, Kerala. His family consists of father, mother, elder brother and elder sister. His father Abdusamad was a school teacher. After completing BA in Malayalam, he became a graduate in Law from University College, Thiruvanathapuram. Sabumon worked with the Lufthansa Airlines in Saudi Arabia at the sales and operations department. He left the job within a few years to fulfill his dream of becoming an actor. Sabumon is married to Sneha Bhaskaran and the couple is blessed with two daughters. Sneha was a lawyer in supreme court, now practicing corporate law.

Sabumon was very active in School and university level Youth festivals. He has participated in Mono Act, Mime, Skit and Drama during his school days. He was credited with Kala Prathibha runner up at State level Youth festival in 1999 along with violinist Balabhaskar.  Sabumon was also active in theater groups.  SAB Productions is a film production unit, a joint venture of Sabu and his friends. Even thought he practiced law, he was always in love with visual media. Cooking is one of his hobbies.

Mohanlal to host Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 1 on Asianet

Bigg Boss Malayalam is coming soon on Asianet. The Bigg Boss Season 1 Malayalam will be broadcasted globally soon. Asianet has bagged super Star Mohanalal as the host of much awaited show on Asianet. The official launching of the show was held on Crowne Plaza on May 10, 2018. The anouncement came from Mr. K. Madhavan, M.D, Star South.

According to him, this show is expected to be another path breaking program from Asianet which already has to its credit such iconic reality shows such as Star Singer, Nigalkum Aakam Kodiswaran and many other serials. The show would include contestants not just who are from the limelight, but those from the everyday walk of life as well. In reply to the announcement of him as the anchor of Bigg Boss Mohanalal said “I hope to do a good job as an anchor and I am really grateful and honoured to take up this opportunity for the upcoming Malayalam reality show Bigg Boss. He also added that “This show will definitely be a new experience for me. It is a role that I am excited about because the challenges will be totally different. I’m really looking forward to it". Bigg Boss Malayalam host, Anchor of Asianet Bigg Boss Season 1

Asianet Bigg Boss Malayalam show is launched as a part of celebration for completing 25th anniversary of Asianet. Presented by Asianet and produced by Endemol Shine Productions, Bigg Boss will feature 16 celebrities living together inside a custom made ‘Bigg Boss’ house for 100 days. The participants will be completely cut off from the outside world – they will have no access to internet, phones, television or newspapers. With no way out to distract themselves, each participant will have to compete with others inside the house to complete various tasks; they will be tracked and monitored by 60 robotic & manned cameras continuously. The lavish Bigg Boss house will have all necessary comfort to stay for 100 days.

The show in Bigg boss format is not new to Malayali Audience. Asianet Bigg Boss Malayalam will be a replication of the old reality show called ‘Malayali House’ telecasted on Surya TV. Rahul Easwar was the winner of the show.
