Start Music –Aaradhyam Paadum- New music Show on Asianet from 10th August 2019

Asianet is to launch the Malayalam version of the popular music game show ‘Start Music’ which is now a mass trend in South Indian television.  Asianet will start the telecast of ‘Start Music – Aaradhyam Padum’ on August 10. It will be telecast every Saturdays & Sundays at 9.30 PM.

This music and game show ‘Start Music –Aaradhyam Padum’ will see film/television stars and celebrities participating in various funny and exciting segments. Serial stars of Vanambadi serial will participate in the first episodes. The show which features non-singers is expected to be an exciting game show for music lovers. The 66th National Film awards were announced on 9th Friday 2019, by Rahul Rawail, head of the Jury for feature films. Hellaro a Gujarati film directed by Abhishek Shah won the best film award. Aditya Dhar won best director for Uri : The Surgical Strike. The winners were selected from 419 films competed for the awards this year. The national film awards are given in 31 categories.

The first edition of Mazhavil Entertainment Awards was held on 5th Many, Sunday night at Adlec convention Centre in Angamali. The grand gala start night was to recognize the most entertaining talents and content from the Film and digital world.

Singer Padmashri. K. J. Yesudas, Director Priyadarshan, Mega Stars Mammootty and Mohanlal along with other leading directors, young actors s including Tovino Thomas, Asif Ali, Parvathy, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Kunchacko Boban and singers from the film and digital World. In addition to this Bollywood stars Sonakshi Sinha, Bipasha Basu and Malaika Arora added glamour to the evening through their performance. Malabar Gold & Diamonds is the Prime sponsor of the event. Giridhar- Malayalam Actor |Biography

Giridhar (also known as Giridhar Areacode ) is an Indian actor mostly working in Malayalam language. He is a Radio anouncer, model and  theater/ movie/ television actor. He has also directed dramas, and short films.

Before entering into movie and television world as an actor, he participated in Amrita TV‘s reality show Best Actor, held in  2008. He also focused on amateur dramas both as actor and director and won awards for them.

Giridhar is originally from areacode, Malappuram in Kerala. Giridhar married  Prathibha in May 2013. They are blessed with a baby boy -Vaasav- in December 2014. He was a casual announcer in Akashavani Mancheri dreams FM. He is also a B grade artist in Akashavani-Kozhikode

New serial, Porunamithinkal will revolve around the life of the central character, a girl named Pournami. Raghundandan is a dooming cancer patient and a father of Pournami, his only child. Raghundandan  and Rajalakshmi were lovers years back. But the situations does not allowed them to tie the knot. They separated and married to who they never wished to live with. 25 years later, they met again. This time, all the things had changed. Both of them are now leading a family. Rajalakshmi decides to carry out his last wish. She brings Pournami to her home and decides to get her son Premjith to marry her. Later, things turns in trouble for both Rajalakshmi and Pournami.

Singer Najim Arshad blessed with a baby boy

Singer Najim Arshad and wife  Thazni were blessed with a  baby boy on April 22, 2019. He shared this happy news on his social media pages

Najim Married Thazni on 13 September 2015. The wedding/ nikah was held in Punalur, Kollam District followed by a reception in Thriuvananthapuram for close family and friends (wedding photos here). A grand wedding reception was arranged on 17 September 2015 in Kochi for friends and stars from movie industry. Najim Arshad's wife, Thazni Thaha is a dentist by profession. 42nd Kerala Film Critics Award 2019 in Malayalam- winners list

The winners of 42nd Film Critics Award 2019 in Malayalam were announced.The Kerala Film Critics Association Awards are presented annually by the Kerala Film Critics Association to honour both artistic and technical excellence of professionals in the Malayalam language film industry of India

The films are selected by the members of the association for the movies released in 2018. A total of 33 films participated in this competition. The winner of the association awards for the best film will receive a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh, and the second best film, best director, best actor and best actress will be presented Rs. 25,000 each. The award is based on the decision by a jury.

Actress Sheela won life time achievement award. Oru Kuprasidha Payyan won Best Picture and Shaji N Karun Best Director (for Olu). Olu won many awards in differnt categories.
