Winners of Miss Queen of India 2018 | Lekshmi Menon Won the title

Miss Queen of India 2018 winners List : Lekshmi Menon   from Thrissure , Kerala won the title of Manappuram Miss Queen of India 2018. Simran Malhotra from Punjab won the first runners up title. Aiswarya Sahdev from  New Delhi is the Second runners up. They were selected from 19 contestants from various parts of India.

Previous year winner Ms. Akansha Misra crowned the overwhelmed Miss Queen of India 2017 winner. The contest was conducted in three rounds: Designer saree, Black cocktail, and Red gown. The specialty of this beauty contest is the lack of swim suit round.Miss Queen of India presented by Manappuram Finance Ltd and Powered by Sera, DQue Watches, and T-Shine. An event by Pegasus and directed by Dr. Ajit Ravi Pegasus.

The 8th edition of Miss Queen of India was conducted at Camilot Convenction Cente in Alappuzha , Kerala.  The event directed by Ajit Ravi Pegasus with Manappuram finance Ltd as the main Title Partner of the event. The event tested the skills and talents of the 16 finalists to see if they are worthy for the ultimate title of Miss Queen of India.

Title winner,  Lakshmi Menon is from Thrissure in Kerala. She has completed B.Tech in electronics and communication from CUSAT in Kochi. She is now busy with modelling. She was the runner up of Miss Kerala Fitness and  Fashion Peagent 2017-28. Lakshmi is looking forward to participate Miss queen of India 2018. She also a television host and anchor. Lekshmi Menon is also the winner of Miss South India 2018

In addition to the title winners, there were four regional title winners and 12 subtitle winners. They are the subtitles to win are Miss Beautiful Hair, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Beautiful Skin, Miss Beautiful Face, Miss Beautiful Eyes, Miss Congeniality, Miss Personality, Miss Cat Walk, Miss Perfect 10, Miss Talent, Miss Viewer’s choice, Miss Social Media and Miss Photogenic. There would also be regional titles, Miss Queen North, Miss Queen West, Miss Queen East & Miss South to win.

Asianet has bagged Malayaalm Super Star Mohanlal as the host of the show . There will 16 contestants, 60 Cameras and 100 episodes. Bigg Boss will feature 16 celebrities living together inside a custom made ‘Bigg Boss’ house for 100 days. The participants will be completely cut off from the outside world – they will have no access to internet, phones, television or newspapers. With no way out to distract themselves, each participant will have to compete with others inside the house to complete various tasks; they will be tracked and monitored by 60 robotic & manned cameras continuously. The lavish Bigg Boss house will have all necessary comfort to stay for 100 days.

Mohanlal to host Asianet Bigg Boss Malayalam

Nayika Nayakan -New reality show to find acting talents will be launched on May 28th, 2018 Malayalam Channel Mazhavil Manorama. Malayalam Channel Asianet is all set to telecast their 20th Asianet Film Awards 2018 show as two episodes. Asianet Film Awards 2018 will be telecasted on 2nd June Saturday and 3rd June Sunday from 7.00 PM onwards.

The 20th Asianet Film Awards was held successfully in Angamaly's Adlux International Convention Centre on Sunday, May 20th 2018. The 20th edition of the acclaimed award showcased chief guest actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan and a host of stars including Madhu, Mammootty, Jayaram etc . The awards were handed out for the films released in 2017.  The star filled show and colorful award event was  witnessed by around 10000 huge crowd. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Asianet, Managing Director, K Madhavan, presented the cheque of 6 crores  to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan who attended the award ceremony. It is to assist  Chief Minister’s Nava Kerala fund.

Thodimuthalum Drisakshiyum won the award for the best film. Mahesh Narayanan won the best director award for his film Take Off. The award was handed over to him by veteran actor Nedumudi Venu. Nedumudi Venu won the 'Lifetime Achievement' award at the ceremony.  Fahadh Faasil bagged the best actor award for Thondimuthalam Driksakshiyum with Kamal Haasan handing over the award. Actor Parvathy won best female actor for her performance in Take Off. Actress Samvrutha Sunil is coming back to screen after a gap thouth Mazhavil Manorama channels talent hunt show -Nayika Nakaan. A show for finding hero and heroine of Lal Jose’s latest film. Nayika Nayakan will be launched on May 28th, 2018 to find hero and heroine for a malayalam movie directed by Lal Jose. The new show will be broadcasted every Monday to Wednesday at 9:00 PM.

The promos are going on air now on her return to lime light.Actress Samvritha (Samvrutha) Sunil, who is still a girl-next-door for Keralites, has been away from the limelight for quite sometime now. The promos highlight the return of Samvrutha Sunil to lime light again as a judge of this talent hunt reality show.

She started her film career through Rasikan directed by LalJose and became part of many movies directed by him and others. Samvrutha Sunil made her debut in 2004 through the film Rasikan directed by her mentor Lal Jose, she has starred in over 40 Malayalam films and in a few Telugu and Tamil films. Her performances include in the films Arabikkatha (2007), Chocolate (2007), Thirakkatha (2008), Boomi Malayalam (2009), Cocktail (2010), Manikyakkallu (2011), Swapna Sanchari (2011), Arike (2012), Diamond Necklace (2012) and Ayalum Njanum Thammil (2012).
