Actor Deepan Murali married Maya | Wedding Photos

Malayalam Television actor and anchor Deepan Murali married his lover Maya in a traditional wedding ceremony held at Vaikundam Wedding Hall in  Thiruvananthapuram on 27th April 2018. The wedding reception will be held on 28th April 2018 at DR Auditorium in Edapazhinji, Thiruvananthapuram.

Deepan Murali was engaged to Maya in June 2017, but he recently only shared the news in his facebook page  with tag "Love 💖 locked "!! We are engaged" . The love cum arrange marriage was scheduled to be held in December 2017 but was postponed due to unexpected death of his mother. The engagement ceremoney though was a simple function , it was attended by his collegues ARya rohit and Archange Sudheelan.

Maya is a bank employee, is the first cousin of actor Suraj Venjaramood's wife. Deepan and Maya have been  known to each other for years as we they were colleagues. Eventually they fell in love and decided to get married with the blessings of family from both sides.

Deepan Murali is already establised actor on Malayalam Television. He is now playing a lead role in flowers TV serial Seetha.His popular serials are Nirakoottu, Ival Yamua, Parinayam and Sthreedhanam. He debuted his acting career through  the serial ‘Pariayam’ directed by A M Nazeer.  Deepan has also done a handful of character roles in malayalam films even though he made debut in film industry through  tamil film ‘Sooraiyadal’ directed by Kannan Thamarakulam. Deepan has anchored various shows including ‘Ugram Ujwalam’, a talent hunt show aired in Mazhavil Manorama. He also hosted many other TV program which featured small screen celebrities.

26th Kerala State Television Awards 2017- Winners List | Nilavum Nakshatrangalum best serial

The winners of the 26th Kerala State Television Awards 2017 were announced by Minister for Cultural Affairs A K Balan  at PR Chamber on 24th April 2018.  The award were decided by Kerala Chalachitra Academy by a Jury in feature and non-feature category. For the year 2017, Rakhunath Paleri, K Kunjikrishnan and A Chandrasekhar were the chairperson of the jury in on feature, non feature and article category, respectively.

Nilavum Nakshatrangalum aired on Amrita TV directed by G R Krishnan has bagged the Kerala State Television Award 2017 for the best tele-serial.  Madhupal won the award for best director for his serial  Kali Gandaki. Best actor were bagged by Krishnan Blalakrishnan for Kaali Gandaki . For  her role in the serial Neermathalam, actress Amala Gireeshan won the best actress award. Manjal Prasadam on Flowers TV won the second best serial award. Best second actress and actor for Gouri Krishnan and Vijay Menon, respectively for Nilavum Nakshatrangalum.

The  best music director for Kallara Gopan, best cameraman for Noushad Shereif, best scriptwriter for GR Indugopan, best art director for Ajith Krishna, best dubbing artiste (male) for S Radhakrishnan,  best dubbing artiste (female) for Parvathy S Pakash were the other winners. Amma Mazhavillu Mega Show -AMMA show 2018 | Venue, Date, Pass, Telecast details

Amma Mazhavillu - the mega show that feature all the actors who are members of the association of Malayalam Movie Artists(AMMA) will take place at the Greenfield Internationals Stadium in Kazhakoottam , Thriuvanantahpuram Kerala on 6th May 2018. The show will be later telecasted on Mazhavil Manaorama Channel. More than 100 artists who are members of AMMA will participate in teh show that will take part in 5-hour mega show.

Mazhavil Azhakil Amma was the show previous mega show in 2013 to raise funding for AMMA artists. This successful show as a visual treat for malayali audience and it was aired on Mazhavil Manorama channel on 27th and 28th April 2013.

The logo of Amma Mazhavillu show sponsored by Malabar gold and diamonds was unvailed on 16th Arpil 2018 by Actor Innocent, the current current president of Amma. Actors Mammotty, Mohanlal, Siddique and Mazavil MAnorama Chield of Programs Jude attipeety were present at the event.   Popular actor Innocent is the president of Amma fro the last many years and Vice-Presidents are Ganesh & Mohanlal. Mammootty is the General Secretary and Edavela Babu is Secretary of Amma Association of 460+ member association.  Presently 105 members of AMMA are receiving this Kaineettam - a monthly stipend of Rs.5000 is given to select few members of Amma, who have retired or is suffering-on a regular basis. The show is raise to funding for these activities.

41st Film Critics Award 2018 in Malayalam Announced: Winners List

The winners of 41st Film Critics Award 2018 in Malayalam were announced.The Kerala Film Critics Association Awards are presented annually by the Kerala Film Critics Association to honour both artistic and technical excellence of professionals in the Malayalam language film industry of India

The films are selected by the members of the association for the movies released in 2017. The winner of the association awards for the best film will receive a cash award of Rs. 1 lakh, and the second best film, best director, best actor and best actress will be presented Rs. 25,000 each

Thondimuthalum Dridasakshiyum by Dileesh Pothern won best film award. Fahad fazil won Best  Actor for this movie and Sajeev Pazhoor won the award for the Best Screenplay. Best actress award was bagged by Manju Warrier for her performance in Udaharanam Sujatha. Jayaraj won the award for the best director.  Music Director M. Pooja Sharma already established herself model and actor. Pooja was born on 12 July 1989 in Delhi, India. She did her graduation (B.Com.) from University of Delhi, New Delhi. She was always interested in acting and performing arts more than modeling. During her college days, she was selected for a sports-based talk show in Doordarshan India. So,after completing her studies, she started working as a model and walked the ramp during various events. She also hosted some famous shows that aired on DD National and on Zoom. In 2006, Pooja sharma participated in the Femina Miss India 2006 and was among the top 10 finalists.

Winner of Enga Veetu Mapillai Grand Finale on Colors Tamil

Enga Veetu Mapillai - the Tamil language matchmaking reality television show has come to an end with its grand climax. Enga Veetu Mapillai - the reality show launched on 20 February 2018 was an attempt to find a bride for actor Arya. The show is aired as Aryakku Parinayam on Malayalam Channel Flowers TV . The show is aired every  Monday to Friday at 20:30 (IST). The climax episode of Grand Finale will be aired on 17th April 2018 at 20:30 IST.

Enga Veetu Mapillai began with 16 female contestants. After many rounds of show and eliminations, Five finalists were selected Swetha, Abarnathi, Seethalalshmi, Susana, and Agatha. After the final elimination round only three girls remain in the grand finale Seethalalshmi, Susana and Agatha.

Seethalakshmi(25 y) is a banking professional from Kerala. Agatha(26y) from Kerala is a video editor. Susana(33y) is a radition therapist from Cananda. She is divorced and have son from her first marriage.

The colors Tamil channel is now airing its promos for grand finale. The promos shows Arya choosing his most preferred soulmate by presenting a grand token of love. In this final episode, the family members of these could-be brides, actress Gayathrie Shankar, some other small screen stars and other VIPs are participating.  Sangeetha Krish is the host of the show directed by Johnny and produced by Sol production company.

The verdict -  Winner of Enga Veetu Mapillai Grand Finale  ? - NO ONE

The show ended. Arya said he needs more time to select his bride.  He didn't select any one from the final three girls. But all the three finalist agreed with his opinion. He said, if he select one he will humiliate the other two girls and their families in front of public . So he don't want to hurt anyone now. He said this stage will not be a correct place to declare the winner.

This came as a surprise to many and it appears like the show is scripted to gain attention to the new Tamil channel Colors Tamil.  The winner of the show is colors Tamil channel :-).  Will Arya be able to decide soon? Will he marry anyone from the final three? Only time can tell. Till then wait and see.

As of now, Arya will not marry any finalists of this show. The show goes off-camera until a decision is reached.

The social media is now flooding with comments from viewers for making them fools. They felt like watching a 'fake show'
